We're hiring for a global leader in cloud-based human capital management solutions, renowned for its innovative approach to HR, payroll, talent, and compliance expertise. This company is looking for a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exploring complex data environments.
The Role
• Design, build, and maintain robust BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards to drive operational excellence.
• Define and implement standardized measurement logic (KPIs, calculation rules) to ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Establish data quality controls, including reconciliation checks and automated validation logic.
• Deliver advanced analytics (e.g., regression driver analysis, segmentation) to support root cause analysis and operational improvement.
• Build impactful dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights and monitor performance.
• Mentor junior team members through design, model review, and solution development.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of progressive experience in BI development, Data Insights, or Analytics Consulting.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business impact through applied analytics.
• Strong foundation in data engineering concepts and semantic modeling best practices.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building impactful dashboards and visualizations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Databricks, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, math, economics, data science) preferred.
