Salary:

• B2B: Up to 1160 PLN net + VAT/day, depending on your professional experience.
• Employment contract: Up to 17200 PLN gross/month, depending on your professional experience.

About the project:

The project is an advanced software solution designed for scientists working with complex in vitro models. It supports laboratory workflow automation, instrument orchestration, and ensures reproducibility. The platform offers powerful image analysis and robust data management tools, enabling researchers to conduct efficient and accurate scientific studies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly web UI using JavaScript/React/Apollo.
• Constructing and implementing GraphQL schema.
• Developing and maintaining backend systems with Node.js.
• Designing and optimizing SQL database schemas and queries for efficient data handling.
• Contributing to cloud-based services written in Python.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• A proven track record of building quality, user-friendly tools in fast-paced environments.
• At least 5 years of experience with React, Python, and SQL.
• Experience working on cloud-native architectures in public clouds (ideally AWS).
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD platforms like GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with biological data and processes.
• Experience collaborating with scientists or working in a research environment.
