The electricity grid is central to society, and it's under more pressure than ever. Electric vehicle charging, heat pumps, solar panels and new developments: society is in the middle of our energy transition, and grid operators need a data driven support.

At Endre, we've built a Digital Societal Twin, a full replica of society that gives grid companies and property developers the visibility, intelligence and forecasting power to make smarter and faster decisions. Our customers use our software to spot bottlenecks before they become crises, model long-term demand scenarios, and manage the flood of new grid connection requests. The work is technically challenging, the impact is tangible, and the team is small enough that you will contribute directly to the product from day one.

You don't need to be an expert in every layer, but be comfortable across the stack, with a strength in frontend. As a tech company we are also at the forefront when it comes to using new tech, and expect that you are experienced in and comfortable using AI development tools.

What you'll be doing

•          Frontend development: Design and build polished, high-performance features, maps, dashboards, data visualisations, and complex user flows in React and TypeScript.

•          Fullstack ownership: Develop and maintain backend APIs and services, working with data from Azure Blob Storage and SQL databases.

•          Multi-app environment: Work across a platform serving two distinct customer bases, grid companies and property developers.

•          Collaboration: Work closely with the CTO, designers, data scientist, and developers to translate complex energy data into interfaces that are genuinely easy to understand.

•          Technical leadership: Help define standards, establish structure and review code as the team grows.

•          Tech stack: Typescript, TanStack, React, Tailwind CSS for frontend and Python, FastAPI PostgreSQL, Temporial IO for backend

You'll be a great fit if you...

•          Have 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer with focus on frontend

•          Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, and care about clean, maintainable code

•          Are comfortable owning features end-to-end, from database query to UI

•          Enjoy working in a product where you see the direct impact of your work

•          Communicate clearly and collaborate well in a small, cross-functional team

•          Have experience with cloud environments, ideally Azure

•          Are curious about energy, data and learning new skills

Nice to have

•          Experience with geographical data visualization

•          Experience working within the energy domain

•          Experience with UI/UX design
