Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet customers’ expectations for function and performance
• Develop features using analysys/design documents and customer feedback to define a simple and intuitive user experience
• Review code and enforce best practices
• Look out for the latest technologies and match up with use cases and solve business problems efficiently
• Continuously optimize and refine system and sub-systems
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate development and testing activities, in collaboration with team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Typescript is a must have!
• Expert knowledge in Javascript and React
• Hands-on experience with websocket development
• Hands-on with engineering excellence, CI/CD tools, and practices
• Experience with Agile
• Strong collaboration skills with business and ops
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Independent and strong ownership of business problems and technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Solid engineering practices (e.g. design patterns)
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience with automated testing (TDD, Mocking, Unit/Functional/Integration)
