Oredata provides a fast-paced and hands-on creative environment for recent graduates. If you are a new graduate looking to grow and develop your career as part of a collaborative team, we would be happy to have you join us.

New graduates and engineers with up to 1 year of professional experience are eligible to participate in the Oredata Academy Program.

After 3 months of training and hands-on projects, successful participants will have the opportunity to join one of Oredata's teams.

What kinds of skills do we need?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in frontend development
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, or Next.js
• Experience developing backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Strong willingness and ability to learn technologies quickly
• Open to continuous learning and keeping up with modern software development trends
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
