- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

- Linux experience: troubleshooting, Bash/Python/Perl scripting, familiarity with multiple distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL)
- Experience developing automation for CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins
- Good to have Kafka knowledge
- Desire to learn and participate in coaching junior members of the team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

- Wolt Your Way Through Lunch: €150 monthly Wolt allowance to keep you fueled and happy
- Drive in Style: After one year with us, you may be eligible for a company car—performance and availability permitting.
- Park with Ease: Complimentary parking space just steps from the office, so your commute is as smooth as your workday
- Max Out Your Downtime: 25 days of vacation + public holidays, plus an additional 10 sick days to rest when needed
- Shop & Save: Exclusive local discount card + tickets for exciting events like Beonix, basketball games, and more.
- Speak Like a Local: Join free Greek language classes, twice a week, open to all team members.
- Celebrate Together: Twice a year, we bring colleagues from all offices together for unforgettable company celebrations
- Global Collaboration & Events: Opportunities to participate in international company events and initiatives, connecting with colleagues from all regions and contributing to a truly global community
Hiring Process:
- Step 1: Initial Interview - A 30-40 minute online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner where we explore your experience, career goals, motivations, and overall fit for the role. This is your chance to walk us through your background and highlight your key achievements.
- Step 2: Leadership Interview - A 30-minute online discussion with our CTO and CPO to align on the scope of the role, your background, and behavioral skills. We'll focus on how your experience matches the responsibilities and expectations for the position.
- Step 3: Take-Home Assessment - You'll receive a technical scenario or task to complete within 5-7 days. The purpose is to evaluate your critical thinking, problem-solving, scalability, and technical skills. Our team lead and field technical experts will review this, and it typically takes a few hours to complete, but we're flexible on timing within the 7-day window.
- Step 4 (Optional): Final Discussion - A 30-minute conversation with the CTO, Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Partner to clarify any remaining questions about responsibilities, the domain, or the scope of the role. This is also your opportunity to learn more about our culture and expectations
