Your Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product strategy, directly responding to business goals and regulatory changes like CCD2.
- Own the product roadmap, vision, and long-term strategic planning.
- Report on product performance and strategy to the CEO, Management Board, and key stakeholders.
Lifecycle Management & Delivery
- Drive the product discovery process, user research, and hypothesis validation.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business impact and technical feasibility.
Data-Driven Leadership
- Champion a data-informed culture, using analytics (conversion, retention, LTV, churn) to guide product decisions.
- •Define and monitor key product KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- •Present data-driven business cases to justify product initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central hub for your product, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and agile execution.
What You Bring
Must-Have (for Product Manager role)
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on B2C mobile applications.
- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle in a fintech, payment institution, or banking environment.
- Hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, A/B testing, and data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Direct experience with consumer lending, credit products, or BNPL.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Fluent Polish and English.
Additional Must-Haves (for Product Lead / Senior level)
- Demonstrable experience shaping product strategy in response to major regulatory changes (e.g., PSD2, CCD2) or significant market shifts.
- Comfort operating without a direct team — strong ability to influence and drive outcomes through cross-functional collaboration rather than direct management.
