Bausch + Lomb Turkey is looking for Product Manager who will be responsible for Vision Care BU products and requires the following qualifications;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is an asset.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience in Product Management / Brand Management / Trade or Digital Marketing (healthcare or FMCG preferred).
  • Proven track record in launching products, managing portfolios
  • Experience managing distributors, agencies and A&P budgets; strong commercial acumen.
  • Hands-on with digital platforms (paid social/search, programmatic, CRM, marketing automation) and analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on with digital platforms (paid social/search, programmatic, CRM, marketing automation) and analytics.
  • Develop, execute and follow up country marketing strategies and annual plans.
  • Analyze market needs, size and growth drivers; build winning pipelines and product roadmaps.
  • Prepare high-quality business cases and robust volume/value forecasts for new products.
  • Design and lead GTM (go-to-market) strategies to ensure launch excellence and post-launch optimization both for new product launches and geo-expansion initiatives
  • Localize global brand strategies in line with guidelines and harmonize with local market dynamics.
  • Monitor competitive landscape (pricing, margins, portfolio and customer engagement) and act on insights, translate insights into value propositions, messaging and channel plans.
  • Track sales target versus realization monthly and lead gap-closing actions with Sales.
  • Manage and control A&P budgets, drive ROI optimization across channels and activities.
  • Closely follow regulations with Regulatory to anticipate changes and ensure compliant execution.
  • Own contract governance for business needs (distribution/vendor agreements) in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
  • Plan and oversee 360° marketing campaigns; ensure process quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Lead data analysis and insight generation to inform portfolio, pricing, promotion and channel strategy.
  • Oversee asset management: brief, approve, store and track brand and commercial materials.
  • Build and execute digital marketing strategy (paid/owned/earned): media planning, SEO/SEM, CRM/email, marketing automation.
  • Lead social media and content strategy; Set digital KPIs, manage agencies, and optimize always-on and campaign performance using analytics (e.g., GA4).
  • Drive KPI dashboards and business reviews; communicate performance, risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Champion the use of AI/productivity tools to accelerate content, analysis and decision quality (responsibly and compliantly).
