We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who understands large language models and can use them to build real software. You will design LLM based features, integrate them into our backend or frontend, create internal AI tools for developers, and help define good practices for using AI in production.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Build product features that rely on LLMs, for example chat assistants, code helpers, summarization, content generation, or search.
- Design prompts, system messages, and model workflows, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
- Implement LLM agent based workflows, including tool calling, retrieval, and multi step task orchestration.
- Set up evaluation, logging, quality metrics, latency and cost monitoring for LLM based features.
- Work with engineering teams to identify where AI brings the biggest value and improve their workflows.
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar.
- Experience building software that uses LLM or generative AI APIs.
- Hands on experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, for example tokenization, context limits, temperature, prompt structure.
- Experience with RAG, agents, or function calling in production.
- Ability to design experiments and measure impact on quality, cost, and performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Background in NLP, ML, or developer tools.
