Associate People Operations Specialist

We are hiring an Associate People Operations Specialist to deliver reliable People Operations support with speed, care, and precision.

This hybrid role in Gdansk includes working across Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, managing ticket-based requests, and keeping HR and payroll records accurate. Apply if you want to help streamline People Team processes and support a great employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support within one People Operations stream such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration depending on priorities
• Handle employee requests in a ticketing tool and ensure answers are quick and accurate
• Update and validate employee records across internal and external HR and payroll platforms to keep data compliant
• Ensure HR paperwork and workflows follow internal policies and legal standards
• Support the creation of operational and compliance reports and summaries
• Work closely with the People Team to enhance processes, improve the employee journey, and support ongoing projects

• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Foundational ability to analyze issues and solve problems
• Good prioritization skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
• Adaptability and readiness to learn new duties
• Strong discretion when working with confidential data
• English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above
