We are building our team with an Associate People Operations Specialist who is detail-focused, adaptable, and comfortable communicating across levels.
This hybrid position in Gdansk covers support for Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, ticket resolution, and precise maintenance of HR and payroll records. Apply to help the People Team improve workflows and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for a key People Operations area like Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on current business priorities
- Track, answer, and resolve employee requests using a ticketing system while keeping responses accurate and timely
- Update employee records in internal and external HR and payroll systems to maintain data accuracy and compliance
- Maintain consistency of HR documentation and procedures with company policies and applicable legal standards
- Help prepare reports and concise summaries for operational follow-up and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the People Team to improve processes, enhance the employee journey, and support team-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Polish language proficiency
- Proactive attitude with strong team-player behavior
- Advantageous experience in multicultural environments
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities and deliver work on time
- Readiness to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- Careful handling of sensitive and confidential information
- English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
