We are looking for a Mobile Game Developer who understands not only how to build games — but how to build products that scale.

At Ordino, we are creating a new generation of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual mobile games designed for global distribution.

This role is not just about coding gameplay.

We are looking for someone who understands the full product loop of mobile games.

What you’ll work on

• Developing mobile games with simple one-touch gameplay mechanics

• Building and iterating on game loops and player progression systems

• Rapidly prototyping new game concepts

• Implementing monetization systems such as ads and in-app purchases

• Optimizing gameplay based on retention and engagement metrics

• Working closely with product and growth teams

What we are looking for

• Experience with Unity / C# or mobile game development

• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics and game loops

• Knowledge of mobile game monetization systems

• Ability to prototype games quickly

• Product thinking and understanding what makes players keep playing

Bonus

• Experience building hyper-casual or hybrid-casual games

• Experience publishing a game on App Store or Google Play

• Familiarity with mobile analytics and player retention metrics
