About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of digital services and software initiatives. You will own end-to-end project execution—planning, governance, delivery cadence, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality outcomes—working closely with agile product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar).
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project/program management roles.
- Proven experience delivering digital services (web/mobile platforms, APIs, SaaS, customer-facing digital products).
- Hands-on experience working with Agile software teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Strong capability in scope, schedule, cost, and quality management with measurable delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align teams, influence without authority, and motivate delivery teams.
- Highly analytical and outcome-oriented; skilled at prioritization, managing time pressure, and optimizing for delivery efficiency.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities
- Publish regular project status and plan adherence reports (schedule, scope, budget, quality, risks, dependencies).
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, documented, and accepted against agreed criteria.
- Monitor schedule/quality/cost tolerances; proactively escalate deviations and communicate impacts to management and stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the project baseline (scope, timeline, quality metrics) and manage change control.
- Track and report project performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., milestones, velocity trends, burn-down/burn-up, lead time, defect trends).
- Manage risks, issues, and blockers end-to-end, including mitigation plans and follow-through.
- Drive milestone execution and ensure roadmap alignment; initiate escalation when required to protect critical dates.
- Lead customer communication for corporate/enterprise projects, including expectations, progress, and delivery readiness.
- Validate that internal and external project outputs meet defined performance, quality, and acceptance standards.
- Ensure testing and release readiness are executed correctly by enforcing test planning discipline (test scope, environments, criteria, sign-off).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira / Monday, DevOps, or similar delivery tooling.
- Familiarity with SDLC, release management, CI/CD concepts, and software quality practices.
- Experience managing vendors, external partners, or multi-team programs.
