Role Overview

The COO will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and implementing strategies that support Infatica.io's growth objectives. This role requires a combination of operational expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize all operational functions
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support company growth, scalability, and profitability
• Implement efficient processes, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity and operational performance
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to define company vision, strategic goals, and key performance metrics
• Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent executive leadership role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
• Strong understanding of business functions, operational strategy, and organizational management
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
