JOB Title: Product Specialist

Responsibility

Product:

• Update live file with competitors and prices/offers. Updated twice a month

• Respond to customer service on product-related questions.

• Update customer service on important matters related to product

• Support the network on product-related questions in Lark, email and by phone

• Update product page on Sharepoint

• Stay up to date on our models, competitors and market trends

• Follow and answer product related questions in SoMe channels to capture problems and general feedback

• Check that mkt cars are updated and with the correct settings

• Participate and assist at events

• Assist with product launches

• Coordinate GTM plan between relevant departments within the company

• Assist with reviewing technical data

• Assist HQ with software translations

• Responsible for PT cars

Training:

• Create training and product videos

• Collect and analyse customer insights, regulatory developments, and market trends.

• Benchmark Xpeng’s products against competitors to ensure strong market positioning.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and after sales to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

• Expected to have above average interest in the automotive industry and car models

• Bachelor degree or higher level of education

• Fluency in oral and written English and Norwegian.

• Able to travel and attend meetings as well as events.

• Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.

• Excellent organizational and management skills.

• Ability to multi-task and to get the job done when needed.

• Ability to learn and use MacBook and related systems and programmes necessary
