Product Manager – SME Banking (Mobile & Web)
6–12 Month Contract | Dubai (On-site – Dubai)
This is a 6-month initial contract with the view to extend - Ideally looking for someone to start quickly.
We are supporting a leading banking client in Dubai who are looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to support the delivery of key SME banking initiatives, particularly across digital channels including mobile and web platforms.
This role sits directly alongside senior SME leadership and will act as the on-site product and delivery lead, ensuring initiatives are progressing, stakeholders remain aligned, and teams have clear direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day Product Manager for SME digital initiatives
- Work closely with SME business leadership, technology teams, and design partners
- Translate business priorities into clear actions, briefs, and delivery plans for engineering and digital teams
- Track progress across initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and decisions early
- Prepare leadership updates, working decks, and materials for steering forums
- Support the delivery of mobile and web-based digital banking capabilities
Ideal Background
- Product Manager or Delivery PM experience within digital banking or financial services
- Proven experience delivering mobile and web applications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating on-site in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Experience working with cross-functional digital teams (product, tech, design)
