JOB PURPOSE
The Associate Product Manager supports the Product team by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and analytical support to guide product strategy and business decisions. This role focuses on monitoring product performance, analysing user behaviour, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for product improvement. The APM works closely with Product Managers, Data teams, Engineering and business stakeholders to ensure product decisions are supported by accurate analysis and clear insights. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Insurance, InsureTech, FinTech, or digital platforms.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion and retention. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis Insights Analyse product usage and customer behaviour to generate insights that support product decisions.
Reporting: Dashboards Prepare dashboards and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
Product Operations: Support product managers with analysis for roadmap planning and feature evaluation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, operations and data teams to provide analytical insights.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Data
• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, data analysis or product
operations.
• Exposure to Insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, or digital platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
