Responsibilities
- Assess current workflows and identify automation opportunities using AI technologies
- Set up, configure, and deploy AI agents tailored to specific business tasks
- Integrate AI solutions with existing software and tools on a personal computer
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support during setup
- Document the setup process and provide clear user instructions for ongoing use
- Ensure all solutions comply with data privacy and security best practices
- Offer recommendations for future automation enhancements
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization
- Experience with AI agent setup and integration on Windows or MacOS environments
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai for the duration of the project
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations
- Availability for potential follow-up work if required
