Job Overview

We are looking for a Network Engineer with a maximum of ten years of hands on experience in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will support day to day network operations, maintenance, troubleshooting and small to medium scale upgrades for our healthcare and corporate sites in Abu Dhabi. This role is best suited for practitioners who want to grow in a large scale environment while contributing to high availability infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain LAN, WAN and WLAN environments

• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and wireless controllers

• Support firewall policies and basic security configurations

• Perform incident resolution and root cause analysis for network issues

• Monitor network performance and proactively identify improvement areas

• Provide support for data center network components and cabling

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for installations and changes

• Maintain documentation, network diagrams and inventory records

• Support rollouts, relocations and upgrades in line with project timelines

• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

Required Experience and Skills

• Up to 10 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer

• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols

• Hands on experience working with Cisco or Huawei network devices

• Experience with WLAN technologies and wireless access points

• Basic understanding of firewall concepts and network security principles

• Good knowledge of TCP IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and related technologies

• Exposure to enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or ManageEngine

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent certifications

• Experience in healthcare environments is an advantage

• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts is a plus
