Position: DevOps Engineer
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $200K – $300K/yr
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time
Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Maintain clear system documentation and ensure adherence to DevOps operational best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern containerized infrastructure.
- Proficiency with DevOps automation tools such as Terraform, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
