Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a strong working knowledge of employment laws across U.S. states and Canadian provinces/territories. Familiarity with international employment laws is a plus. This role combines hands-on HR administration with meaningful involvement in HR initiatives focused on compliance, systems optimization, process improvement, and employee experience.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate documentation, timely support, and consistent application of multi-jurisdictional requirements across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations within multi-state and multi-province environments
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment standards, payroll, benefits, and leave administration
- Experience using Dayforce or a comparable HRIS; strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail, sound judgment around confidentiality, and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hourly and non-exempt employee populations
- HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, aPHR, or CPHR
Salary starting at $60,000/year depending on relevant skills & experience.
