Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery within our technology teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with client’s business objectives. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, foster continuous improvement, and promote a culture of collaboration and transparency.

Key Skills:

• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Experience:

• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies: Leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Team Coaching: Mentoring team members on agile practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Project Delivery: Successfully managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and reporting on team performance metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint goals.
