Role Responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of insights regarding product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional performance.
• Verify inventory metrics, sales performance data, and customer behaviour statistics using credible public sources.
• Identify inconsistencies in marketplace performance analysis, operational reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail when reviewing analytical outputs.
• Document evaluation outcomes clearly to support improvement of AI-generated reports.
• Work independently to complete assigned review tasks within project timelines.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes that strengthen dataset accuracy and model outputs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in e-commerce, online retail operations, sales operations, marketing analytics, or retail analytics.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, pricing strategies, and performance optimisation.
• Experience working with product catalogues, inventory systems, or supply chain coordination.
• Ability to analyse customer behaviour data, conversion metrics, and sales performance indicators.
• Experience validating statistics and industry benchmarks from reliable public sources.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when reviewing reports.
• Academic background in business, marketing, operations management, supply chain, e-commerce, data analytics, or a related field.
