Overview

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and self-directed Data Analyst to support the development and enhancement of a modern data platform. In this role, you will analyze and mine data from enterprise data warehouses, design source-to-target data mappings, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and data mining expertise, a deep understanding of business reporting needs, and the ability to translate high-level concepts into structured data requirements and mappings. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability while enabling actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Specialization in Business, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, data platform support, or data engineering environments.

Core Technical Skills

Required

• Strong SQL expertise with the ability to perform complex queries and data profiling.
• Experience working with relational databases and enterprise data warehouses.
• Ability to research and mine large datasets to identify relevant data sources.
• Experience designing source-to-target data mappings and transformation specifications.
• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and data governance practices.
• Experience documenting data requirements, mappings, and data processes.
• Ability to translate business reporting needs into technical data requirements.
• Experience supporting testing, issue tracking, and data validation.
• Familiarity with data masking and handling sensitive data.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience working with modern data platforms or cloud-based data environments.
• Exposure to ETL tools and data pipeline processes.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards and reporting platforms).
