As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based applications and related site components. You will play a key role in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture designs and specifications, while ensuring that websites are updated with relevant and optimized content.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications.
• Lead development activities using Java Full Stack technologies (Java, Angular, Spring Boot).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Innovate and implement new features to enhance web application functionality and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, architecture, and development specifications.
• Manage and guide the development team, supporting effective delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development (Java + Angular)
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development
• Experience in Angular for front-end application development
• Hands-on experience in REST API design and development
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Understanding of LAMP technologies
• Experience in team management and leadership
