About the Role

Location: Jurong, Singapore

We are looking for a driven Product / Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear product requirements, support innovation initiatives, and help drive successful product delivery.

You will play a key role in bridging business and technology by facilitating requirement gathering, supporting product development, and ensuring solutions meet user and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand requirements for software systems and innovation initiatives
• Facilitate product conceptualisation sessions and innovation trials to gather insights and define requirements
• Elicit and document business and user requirements, translating them into user stories for development teams
• Continuously review and refine requirements through stakeholder walkthroughs and feedback sessions
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support technical implementation
• Analyse requirements to support the design and review of test cases, business models, and operational processes
• Collaborate with UX designers and business users to plan, coordinate, and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage project schedules, issues, and escalation processes
• Align expectations with business owners and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive business process change requests and manage project scope and acceptance
• Ensure all required documentation and records are properly maintained to support development
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, security, and business processes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

For Smaller Projects (Product Management Responsibilities)

• Prepare project status reports and stakeholder communication materials
• Develop project proposals to secure funding and justify resource allocation
• Manage scope, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder expectations
• Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated across the product lifecycle, including threat modelling, security testing, and compliance with relevant standards

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering strong business outcomes
• Experience working end-to-end with design and engineering teams to build digital products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Balsamiq
• Background in Computer Science, Product Management, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or CBAP (Business Analysis Professional)
