Job Description
Product Operations
- Manage Demand and Supply Planning: Ensure alignment of stock levels and forecasting with commercial demand across global markets, collaborating with supply chain teams to maintain efficient product availability for Airblade and Lighting.
- Operational Project Management: Lead operational projects associated with product certifications, documentation, and launch processes to support commercial objectives.
- Compliance and Documentation: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party organizations to maintain necessary certifications and documentation for global regulatory requirements.
- Product Training: Deliver ongoing product training to market teams, resellers, and customers—building technical and commercial expertise to support sales.
- Resource Creation: Develop and update product guides, training materials, and technical documentation tailored to business users, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with market teams and customers, responding to product queries and supporting sales conversations with accurate information.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report product performance data including sales, adoption, and competitor activity; share actionable insights.
- Market Feedback: Gather and interpret feedback from global markets, supporting improvements to product operations and customer support initiatives.
- Forecasting: Use market data to update forecasts and provide recommendations for operational adjustments to ensure continued product success.
- Holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product operations, supply/demand planning, market data analysis, or product training in a B2B context.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Confident communicator, skilled in product training and technical explanation.
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to improve business processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across global teams.
- Curious, agile, and committed to delivering operational excellence.
