Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Architect, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP (Laravel), Go, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Understanding of operating systems and scripting (e.g., BASH).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS).
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience in an agency environment or other fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement novel software solutions across multiple technologies.
• Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android) is a plus.
• Experience with desktop development (MacOS, Windows) is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with video content creators.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
