Are you an experienced UX Designer looking to shape exceptional user experiences and lead innovative projects in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge applications, systems, and solutions!

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proven ability to design mobile applications interfaces, web solutions, and reports.
• Expert knowledge of UX principles, usability evaluation, and interface optimization across multiple platforms (including mobile and web).

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English (C1) level.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with UX design tools, best practices, and interface design techniques.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and SCRUM methodologies.
• Expertise in UX metrics, usability testing, and user research techniques (both in-person and remote).

Nice to have: Experience in implementing projects from scratch.

Research & Strategy:

• Ability to conduct user research sessions, synthesize findings, and create actionable insights.
• Experience in defining and implementing UX strategies for projects and product portfolios.
• Ability to drive UX knowledge development and promote the UCD process within the organization.

Soft Skills:

• Strong linguistic and communication skills.
• Capability to lead teams, organize, and coordinate work.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and moderation skills.

Documentation & Delivery:

• Proficiency in preparing high-level documentation, prototypes, and project plans.
• Experience in delivering tasks on time while maintaining quality standards.
