We’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Analyst with extensive mobile applications expertise who enjoys working closely with international clients, leading discovery conversations, and turning complex ideas into structured requirements for modern mobile and cloud-based products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running client meetings, gathering business and functional requirements;
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and backlog items;
• Documenting requirements for mobile apps and web platforms (cloud-based);
• Acting as a liaison between the client and cross-functional team (PM, Devs, QA, Designers);
• Supporting the team during delivery: clarifying scope, priorities, edge cases;
• Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.

What we expect from you:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or product companies;
• Strong documentation and communication skills (you’ll be leading client calls);
• Experience working with mobile apps, websites, and cloud platforms;
• Ability to structure unformalized input into clear specs for the tech team;
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ - you’ll be working with English-speaking stakeholders;
• Proactive mindset, ability to take ownership of analysis and delivery scope.

Interview stages: Screening with a recruiter, Technical interview with PMO/Lead BA.
