We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Project Analysts or Business Analysts. The role will support digital transformation projects on ServiceNow by assisting in documentation, coordination, requirement gathering, and process improvement activities under the guidance of senior team members.

• Key Responsibilities**:
• Assist in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Support the creation of process documentation and workflow diagrams
• Help develop user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira
• Track project status, maintain logs, and help in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Work closely with the technical team to understand feasibility of business requirements
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Support UAT coordination and basic testing documentation
• Update change logs, follow up on actions, and maintain team documentation
• Skills Qualities**:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT concepts or ITIL is a plus
• Good in documentation and MS Excel/PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
