Our products are utilized by customers in over 90 countries. The founders are alumni from IIT, IIM, and ISB, who have previously developed scalable technology and data-driven solutions for various startups across different industries, boasting a combined experience of over 40 years.

Role Summary

We are in search of an insightful and inquisitive analyst to generate data-driven insights across our web and mobile platforms. This position is located at the convergence of data analysis, product development, and business strategy.

You will be responsible for determining the criteria for measuring success, creating comprehensive dashboards and analytical reports, and identifying trends in user behavior that will guide product development and expansion strategies. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to convert data into actionable insights, gain a profound understanding of the prediction markets landscape, and continuously assess the changing needs of our users and the business.

This role provides significant ownership, autonomy, and visibility. You will be encouraged to investigate data, test your hypotheses, question established assumptions, and assist the team in making more informed decisions grounded in evidence rather than opinions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to comprehend business goals, ensuring a unified vision and alignment among teams for successful product development
  • Perform in-depth industry research, competitive analysis, and extensive user research to discover innovation opportunities and generate meaningful product ideas that address user requirements and market trends
  • Examine user behavior through meticulous analysis of funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics to extract valuable insights, identify obstacles in the user experience, and effectively capitalize on growth opportunities to improve overall product performance

Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of user journeys, funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics, enabling the creation of customized strategies to enhance user retention and drive engagement
  • Proven experience with SQL, Python, and Excel Visualization, allowing for advanced data manipulation and analysis to support product decision-making
  • Established experience in implementing Google Analytics (GA), Mixpanel, and Segment from the ground up, using Google Tag Manager and data layer events to build comprehensive tracking frameworks that yield actionable insights
  • A thorough understanding of the nuances of user journeys, focusing on analyzing funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics to craft strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing user interactions

Required Skills

  • Experience in facilitating experimentation and A/B testing, including the identification of relevant metrics and comprehensive analysis of results to evaluate effectiveness and enhance future testing efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting a shared understanding
