Role Overview: Provide structured execution tracking and milestone visibility across factory readiness and ramp stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain master tracker covering readiness, capex, procurement, and ramp milestones
- Track manpower ramp and equipment readiness
- Monitor BOM status and engineering change control
- Track MES, SAP, and IT readiness milestones
- Prepare executive dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure action items across functions are tracked to closure
