Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist / AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI model deployment. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to transformative projects that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced AI algorithms and statistical models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
• Design experiments to interrogate and extract insights from large datasets
• Host models and convert them into APIs for scalable deployment
• Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experience, revenue, and targeting
• Promote Explainable and Responsible AI practices
• Conduct research and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Identify opportunities to reuse insights, datasets, and models across functions
• Stay curious and enthusiastic about solving problems with algorithms
• Embrace a fast-paced, experimental mindset: Move fast, break things, learn, make history

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and SQL
• Deep understanding of statistical techniques: regression, distributions, hypothesis testing
• Experience with machine learning algorithms: regression, simulation, clustering, decision trees, neural networks
• Ability to host models and make them API-convertible
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
