We are looking for a technically strong Senior Analyst to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role will provide critical support across data integrations, reporting, and system administration, ensuring smooth operations within our Oracle EPM and ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on system support experience, and a strong understanding of enterprise data management processes.
Operational Responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities
- Act as the primary backup for daily data integrations processing, ensuring data flows are accurate and timely.
- Support and execute tasks related to security access approvals, department structures, and hierarchy maintenance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient system processing and data integrity.
- Provide support for enhancements and troubleshooting across integrated systems.
- Administer and maintain Oracle EPM modules, including Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Planning & Budgeting, and Profitability & Cost Management.
- Support the Oracle ERP GL Cloud Service, SmartView, and Oracle Analytics Cloud environments.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on system functionalities and best practices.
- Expand responsibilities into Fusion Data Intelligence and further support enterprise data integration and automation initiatives.
- Play a key role in the ongoing Chart of Accounts (CoA) Redesign, with deeper involvement in Oracle EDM and related processes.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical systems analyst role, preferably supporting Finance or Enterprise Data Management environments.
- Advanced experience with Oracle EPM (EDM, Planning & Budgeting, PCMCS), Oracle ERP GL Cloud Service, SmartView, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Expert-level SQL skills; ability to handle large datasets and complex queries.
- Working knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence or willingness to upskill.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
