Senior Product Designer for Heart patients app (Remote)

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer with a craftsmanship mentality, attention to detail, and a creative yet validated approach. You'll be dedicated to improving our product for patients and clinicians, refusing to settle for average results.

Responsibilities

• Understand our users: Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviour and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
• Continuously improve our product's UX/UI: Develop designs aligned with user needs and product goals, from wireframing to high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the Head of Product, Engineering team, and Visual Designer to ensure an agile development process.

We’d love to see:

• 8+ years of experience in UX & Product Design.
• 4+ years of experience in Tech or Healthcare.

You need to have:

• The ability to execute and solve problems quickly.
• A no-nonsense approach, driven by data and a passion for always understanding 'why'.
• Active listening skills and a hungry yet humble attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mentality, this is not a 9 to 5 job.
