Job Description

Job Title: Analytics Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Reporting to: Manager - Analytics


PURPOSE OF ROLE


Do you want to join the world largest brewer? We at AB-InBev have a fantastic opportunity for you to Lead Global Marketing Analytics. The role focuses on measurement of marketing executions and applying problem solving on global marketing questions from Business teams. You will be working closely with the Marketing Analytics leads across all the zones along with all key global marketing stakeholders.


KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Conceptualize the analytical solution for the business problem by implementing problem solving approaches
  • Build connects and lead discussions with Marketing Stakeholders
  • Build insights leveraging all the available data and analytics
  • Storyboarding and presenting the insights to senior leadership
  • Deliver end to end results reporting with Excel, Power BI
  • Document every aspect of the project in standard way, for future purposes


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS


Education:

  • Bachelor’s B Tech in any branch, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Operations Research or any other quantitative analysis


Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics consulting role, preferably in CPG domain
  • ETL and Exploratory data analysis
  • Experience working with complex data
  • Well versed with concepts of Marketing or Media
  • Well versed with concepts of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Capable of building insightful visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint


Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
  • Good Oral and Written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-tech audience in simple and precise manner
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Learn things quickly, while working outside the area of expertise.
  • Ability to effectively work in a global team across a complex, geographically dispersed organization.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong ability to use data to tell a story
  • Skilled working with complex data sets and proven hands-on experience in analytics concepts such as correlation, regression, A/B testing
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office tools


Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

  • Understanding of Market Mix Modelling (MMM)
