Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree on related fields (preferably computer engineering or industrial engineering), masters’ degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years related field experienced candidates.
• Experience working with Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards payment system is a plus
• Experience working with Payment Systems are plus
• Ability of analytic thinking and problem solving,
• Strong, creative and innovative problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and always willing to take ownership in decision making processes.
• Hands on experience in SQL is required.
• Agile oriented; focused on delivery and customer first. Having advance knowledge of Scrum and Jira as Product Owner/Scrum Master is plus.
• Preferrably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace), reporting applications (Power BI).
• Dedicated; working hard to finish tasks on-time with high quality.
• Good follower of new trends and approaches, willing to learn.
• Proficiency in English.

Job Description:

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by adapting the software development methods and processes of Yapı Kredi Technology.
• In Banking Information Technology projects, working with business units in line with business demands, designing business processes, drawing workflows and creating mockups to visualize business requirements, performing functional analyses.
• Working as member of the software development team throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business requirements and functional needs.
• Performing functional tests of applications, service and database tests and coordinating the user acceptance tests & tracking defects. Getting involved in deployment planning and execution.
• Working closely with project managers to prioritize backlog and plan developments.
