🎨 We’re looking for a 3D Art Generalist to help bring new environments, props, and gameplay assets to life while maintaining the distinctive visual style that players love. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Art Lead and game team to create performant, high-quality assets that ship to a live game at massive scale.
If you enjoy building stylized game worlds, iterating quickly, and seeing your work experienced by millions of players, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on one of Roblox’s biggest games.

What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality 3D assets for Brookhaven, including houses, props, tools, and environmental elements.
- Execute assets that match Brookhaven’s established art style and performance requirements.
- Work closely with the Art Lead and game team to deliver assets on time and within technical constraints.
- Follow defined art production pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient asset creation and implementation.
- Use creativity and problem-solving to improve asset requests and contribute ideas that elevate the game.
- Iterate on assets based on feedback to ensure they meet the visual quality and gameplay needs of the project.
- Professional experience in 3D art, game development, or equivalent freelance/personal projects.
- Experience creating performant assets within Roblox Studio.
- Strong understanding of technical optimization best practices in Roblox Studio
- A portfolio demonstrating environmental builds in Roblox (houses, maps, event spaces, etc.).
- Ability to match and execute within an established stylized game art direction and a strong appreciation for Brookhaven’s existing art style.
- Creative instincts and the ability to elevate assets visually while respecting technical constraints.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Technical art experience (animation, rigging, VFX).
- Experience with broader asset pipelines or procedural workflows.

- Roblox Studio
- Blender or Maya
- Substance Painter
- Photoshop or equivalent
- Marmoset Toolbag
- ZBrush or equivalent
- Remote / Timezone: EST or PST working hours required
- Travel: 2-3x / year (RDC + team meet-ups)
- Hiring Regions: Canada, LATAM, UK
