Marketing Manager - Web3

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems. In this role, you'll be driving our client's brand visibility and user acquisition. This position requires a combination of creative marketing strategies and technical blockchain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client's blockchain platform and DeFi products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Web3 space, including influencers, media outlets, and partner projects.
• Create compelling content (blog posts, social media) that effectively communicates our client's value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, including webinars, hackathons, and conference presentations to showcase our client's technology.
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, user acquisition, and community growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional blockchain/crypto education is a plus.
• Ideal 1+ years of experience in Web3/crypto marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience with community management tools, analytics platforms, and blockchain-specific marketing channels.
• Passion for innovation and ability to adapt quickly in the fast-paced world of Web3.
