They work with major clients to design, build, and enhance digital platforms, focusing on modern mobile engineering practices, scalable architecture, and high-quality customer experiences.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative delivery team working with modern tooling, strong engineering practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions

• Work within Agile delivery teams to support iterative product development

• Apply modern engineering practices, including Clean Architecture and MVVM

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation across the delivery lifecycle

• Work with modern development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Figma

• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance

• Participate in technical discussions and deliver pragmatic solutions within project timelines

ANDROID ENGINEER – KEY SKILLS

• Strong experience with Kotlin

• Experience implementing Clean Architecture (MVP / MVVM)

• Hands-on experience with Flow and LiveData

• Experience with Dagger or HILT

• Knowledge of RxJava and Coroutines

• Experience with Jetpack Compose

• Familiarity with Gradle and Bitrise

• Experience working with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

iOS ENGINEER – KEY SKILLS

• Strong experience with Swift

• Working knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit

• Experience with Combine and reactive programming patterns

• Strong understanding of MVVM architecture

• Familiarity with Swift Concurrency

• Understanding of Apple UI/HIG and accessibility principles

• Experience with CoreLocation and mapping (beneficial)

• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer (Android or iOS)

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale mobile environments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work within fast-paced Agile delivery teams

• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex issues

• Must have Australian work experience

• No employment gaps longer than 3 months
