We’re partnering with a rapidly growing Australian health-tech company looking for a talented AI Engineer to help shape the future of AI-powered healthcare.

In this role, you’ll design and deploy conversational AI systems and machine learning models that support clinicians and improve patient experiences. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product teams, and healthcare experts to bring scalable LLM-powered solutions into real-world healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and deploying conversational AI and chatbot systems
• Developing and scaling machine learning and LLM-based models
• Integrating AI systems with backend services via APIs and microservices
• Improving algorithms for better medical context understanding and personalised insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, and LLMs
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with NLP/LLM libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy)
• Experience with chatbot platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) is a plus
• Cloud and deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
