Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong retail and POS expertise to drive a large-scale point-of-sale transformation program for a major regional retailer.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and designers to modernize the POS ecosystem and deliver scalable retail technology solutions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current POS system challenges and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct deep requirements discovery and scope definition
- Own and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure sprint readiness and delivery alignment
- Drive product delivery from discovery through launch
- Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
- Balance business priorities with technical feasibility
- Ensure alignment across multi-geography teams
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong expertise in POS systems and retail operations
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering multi-phase product initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product delivery
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively across LATAM and global teams
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies
- Experience in digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
