Product Manager (Retail POS Transformation)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong retail and POS expertise to drive a large-scale point-of-sale transformation program for a major regional retailer.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and designers to modernize the POS ecosystem and deliver scalable retail technology solutions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current POS system challenges and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct deep requirements discovery and scope definition
  • Own and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into epics, features, and user stories
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure sprint readiness and delivery alignment
  • Drive product delivery from discovery through launch
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Balance business priorities with technical feasibility
  • Ensure alignment across multi-geography teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong expertise in POS systems and retail operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering multi-phase product initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product delivery
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across LATAM and global teams

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies
  • Experience in digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
