- Verantwortung für unser zentrales IT‑Client‑Management sowie dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Paketierung und Bereitstellung von Windows‑ und Mac‑Applikationen.
- Steuerung und Rollout von Security‑Updates und Patches für Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen.
- Übernahme der Projektleitung für neue Lösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Workplace‑Services.
- Konzeption, Evaluierung und Umsetzung neuer Workplace‑ und Automatisierungs‑Lösungen.
- Durchführung von technischen Machbarkeits‑ und Marktanalysen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Abläufe zur Erhöhung von Effizienz und Standardisierung.
- Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, Universität) oder gleichwertige praktische Berufserfahrung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Client-Betriebssystemen (Windows 11, macOS, Android, iOS).
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Systemen wie Microsoft Intune, SCCM und Microsoft Teams Rooms und kennst dich auch ein bisschen mit Scripting in Powershell aus.
- Grundkenntnisse im Scripting, vorzugsweise PowerShell.
