Your Responsibilities

- Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects - from analysis and concept development to a successful go-live
- Acting as the interface between departments, IT teams, and external partners to ensure efficient communication and smooth workflows
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, considering time, cost, and quality objectives
- Supporting the further development of IT infrastructure and the introduction of new tools and systems
- Actively contributing to forward-looking digitalization initiatives within the company
- Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) with a focus on information technology or business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT project management or interest in gaining experience in this field
- Knowledge of common IT system landscapes and, if applicable, expertise in areas such as networking, virtualization, security, etc.
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a high level of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented personality with good German and English language skills, as well as willingness to travel (~10%)
