For Nipro Digital Technologies, part of Nipro Medical, we are looking for a Software Developer who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our Digital team, based in Brugge, Belgium.
About The Role
You will be working in a team that designs, builds, and maintains software solutions supporting our NephroFlow product suite. In this role, you contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from idea to deployment. You collaborate closely with other developers, user experience designers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑quality software that makes a real impact in a regulated healthcare environment.
How You Will Contribute
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and components
- Improve existing software by identifying and implementing functional enhancements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following quality standards
- Perform software verification, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Deploy and maintain software tools, processes, and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in software development across the full development lifecycle
- Strong programming skills and understanding of software design principles
- Experience working in a quality‑controlled or regulated environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
