Junior Human Resources Business Partner


Tasks


  • Work closely with the local team on people-related topics across various aspects such as talent management, employee relations, training and development, conflict management, organizational development as well as support payroll and other HR processes when required
  • Work with the Head of HR for France & BENELUX in establishing and driving HR initiatives forward within specific company functions, while always ensuring they align with the company's and the group’s business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide HR policy guidance on practices within Benelux, in order to support the strategic growth of the business
  • Work with local managers and partners to conduct performance management meetings and assist in identifying and defining training needs for teams and individuals
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction and analyse HR trends and metrics in order to create various HR Reports as needed by the business
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top results for the business

Qualifications


  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other relevant field of studies
  • Previous experience or internship working in the Human Resources department will be highly regarded
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills as well as knowledge of Benelux Labour regulations
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with solid reporting skill, proactive, flexible, and willing to work in an international context
