An existing team of IT Analysts, situated within their Architecture department, have a IT Business Analyst role open up.

This Energy company is a renowned brand in the market. This team works on implementing requirements that arise into existing processes and their current application landscape.

The Benefits:

• Contract until end of the year – 12 month extensions
• Asap start
• 2/3 days on-site a week (Brussels office), rest remote
• Rate up to €750 p/day

The Responsibilities:

• The person in this role must aim to bring uniformity
• Some capability management
• Coaching other analysts and challenging them
• Hands-on analysis is expected
• Gathering requirements, organising and leading meetings with stakeholders
• Analysing / mapping business processes
• Providing input on solutions
• Functional follow-up is not the responsibility of this team

Experience and Skills:

• Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
• BPMN, UML, Archimate
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build a relationship of trust
