Our Analytics Stack

You will work with modern analytics tools and technologies, including:

• Tableau for data visualization and interactive dashboards
• SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Cloud-based data environments and modern analytics platforms
• Collaboration and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart)
• Data coming from CRM systems, operational platforms, and business applications

Depending on the project, you may also gain exposure to data modeling, data pipelines, and advanced analytics use cases.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• First experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics (internship, academic project, or first job).
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to understand how data supports business decisions.
• Understanding of KPIs and business metrics.
• Ability to tell a clear story with data through visualizations and insights.
• Experience with data cleaning and preparation.
• Interest in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
• Client-oriented attitude with strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, technologies, and environments.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, able to challenge the status quo.

• Experience with agile delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart) is a plus.

Your responsibilities as a Data Analyst:

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytical challenges.
• Collect, explore, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
• Transform and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure it is reliable and usable for analysis.
• Apply data visualization best practices to make insights clear, accessible, and impactful.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Document data sources, KPIs, and reporting logic.
• Continuously improve dashboards, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineers, functional consultants, and business teams on data-driven initiatives.
• Learn and grow your expertise in analytics, BI tools, and modern data ecosystems.

Examples of projects you might work on:

Designing executive dashboards to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.

Building customer analytics dashboards to improve marketing performance and customer insights.

Analyzing operational or financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Creating data visualizations connected to CRM systems and business platforms.
