You will join a large, international industrial organization with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. Data and analytics play a central role in enabling value-driven insights and forming the foundation for advanced analytics and (Gen)AI initiatives.

Your Role

• Support and facilitate data communities organization-wide
• Participate in projects applying data governance in concrete use cases
• Contribute to the design and rollout of data governance standards and frameworks
• Help implement and continuously improve data management processes
• Support data product management through documentation and catalog contributions
• Contribute hands-on to data quality, metadata, and master data initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align needs and solutions
• Create clear documentation, training, and communication materials

About You

• Master’s degree in information systems, data management, analytics, or a related field
• Initial exposure or strong interest in data management and data governance
• Interest in data quality, metadata, and master or reference data management
• Familiarity with data management or data catalog tools is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and pragmatic approach
• Clear communicator able to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Proactive, quality-driven, and eager to learn and grow
• Fluent in English
